TECHNOLOGY: MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PROGNOSIS OF TRENDA OF F0Е FOR LITTLECHANNEL SW DRRL TO VERY LARGE EXTENT

The introduction of the informatively-telecommunication technologies is presently conducted in the short-wave broadcast. The continuation of the study of the properties of the ionosphere channels from different external geophysical influences and realization of the prognostication of the area of the workings frequencies for the digital radiofacilities is actual at that time. In work it is suggested to equate the ionosphere layer of E with the economic trendom.
INTRODUCTION
In the work [1] it is offered in the short-wave (SW) range on the basis of the technology of DRM [2] planning of littlechannel digital radioreleynoy line (DRRL). The limiting condition of the construction in SW DRRL is the loss of the session of the connection on the large interval of the time and long period of renewal of the synchronization. The offered method [3] for the littlechannel systems of DRRL not quite answer the terms of the economy, as requires the use of the «hot» reserving of the passing devices on the large powers. To provide reliable SW connection is possibly only by the use of the spatial wave of the optimum working frequency (OWF). The condition of the optimumness is: the complete or partial reflexions of the hertzian wave from one of the ionosphere layers of E, F1 or F2, which provides the tension of the field of signal of EС in the point of reception of EC (f) ≥ ЕН (f) [4].
THEORETICAL ANALYSIS
For the decision of the problem is suggested to utillize the system of the frequency adaptation [5]. However, in the conditions of the narrow-mindedness of the bar of OWF the method utillizes the radio frequency spectrum inefficiently. The passing highway of the radiomean works in the permanent mode of the changing of the frequencies. For the removal of it in the work it is suggested to utillize the forecast frequency-temporal adaptation [6] on the basis of the developed theory of the trenda of the bar of OWF [7].
